For over 10 years, Community Financial Resources and Hess Workforce have partnered to provide Focus Cards as a payroll solution for employees across the country – to over 2,000 employees to date. Hess Workforce shared that this collaboration has been a significant step in eliminating paper checks and ensuring employees have a safe, secure way to access their wages via direct deposit.
Through this partnership, Hess Workforce expanded its customer base significantly, as many of their client organizations work with individuals who are unbanked. The Focus Card is especially impactful because it does not charge employees fees when used responsibly, making it a fair and reliable option for wage disbursement.
Hess Workforce reported that program participants love receiving payroll via direct deposit using the Focus Card.
